Location:
Our office is based near Stoneleigh in Warwickshire, and we're typically working from there 1-2 days a week with flexibility to work remotely. You're also welcome to work in the office more frequently.
Hours:
Our usual full-time hours are 35 a week - with an early finish on a Friday! We offer other flexible work options, such as compressed hours, which we're happy to discuss.

This role is critical to delivering the digital transformation programme that underpins and enables the BHS strategy. The role will ensure that robust, efficient solutions are created to meet the stated strategy and business needs of BHS, that associated data is properly harnessed and leveraged, and that the BHS solutions landscape is developed and managed as a unified coherent ecosystem.

What you'll be doing:
Contributing to the digital transformation programme that underpins our BHS strategy
Understanding complex problems and technical issues, and identifying solutions
Explaining IT challenges and recommendations in simple terms to colleagues across BHS
Leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team of technical specialists
Setting delivery priorities within your team and ensuring good practices are in use
Contributing to the management of the Technology directorate as part of its leadership team
Participating in a wide variety of projects designed to make big differences to the BHS
What you won't be doing:
Using obsolete and outdated technologies or tools
Letting your technical and leadership knowledge stagnate
Working alone or in silos
