and would be suitable for an exceptional teacher looking to move into middle leadership or an experienced subject leader. A teacher with Technology and Resistant Materials as a specialism is advantageous.

The successful candidate will:Teach Technology across KS3 and KS4, including the delivery of GCSE specifications Demonstrate strong leadership and subject knowledge Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive Contribute to curriculum development and the wider work of the Technology Department. Maintain high expectations of behaviour, progress, and achievement Work collaboratively with colleagues to support whole?school priorities and enrichment opportunities Demonstrate excellent organisational, communication, and classroom?management skills Plan and deliver quality-first teaching, underpinned by adaptive teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including students with SEND Use assessment effectively to track and monitor student progress, adapting teaching in response to individual needs Champion Cantell School's focus on

Work closely with the SEND team and support staff to ensure appropriate scaffolding, challenge and access for all students Organise and support trips, visits and workshops that build students' knowledge Liaise effectively with parents, carers, support staff and external providers, including attending parents' evenings Engage fully with the school's CPD programme, including training related to SEND, adaptive teaching and inclusive practice
