Are you a natural leader with a strong background in operations, team management, and compliance? We're looking for a Dental Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is a key role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and leading a team with energy and purpose.About the Role:As our Dental Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of two dental practices, with a long-term view of acquiring more practices. That means making sure our teams are supported, our processes run efficiently, and our standards remain high -- both for patient care and business performance.You'll be working closely with clinical and admin teams, as well as senior management, to keep things moving forward. This role suits someone who thrives in a busy environment, has great attention to detail, and enjoys balancing day-to-day operations with big-picture thinking.We're open to applicants from outside the dental world -- if you have solid leadership and operations experience from another corporate industry, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and supporting a team of around 30 staff across practices Reviewing and improving how we work -- from scheduling and workflows to patient experience Making sure we're always compliant with industry regulations (CQC, health & safety, etc.) Working with HR processes like hiring, training, and performance reviews Helping develop and deliver business goals and team KPIs Creating a positive, motivated team culture Managing budgets and controlling costs Handling escalated patient or team concerns with professionalism and care
What We're Looking For:

Strong experience in operations or practice management (dental or healthcare preferred, but not essential) A track record of leading large teams (ideally 30+ people) Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment An eye for detail and ensuring processes are followed Confident with HR and team development processes Organised, efficient, and great at time management Positive leadership style -- supportive but confident when needed Good understanding of compliance and quality standards Confident using software and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, CRM systems, HR software)
