Salary: Points PHCA49 to PHCA58 o Salary Points: o PHCA49 (60,476 from September 2025) o PHCA50 o PHCA53 o PHCA56 o PHCA58 (64,054 from September 2025)
Job purpose: As a member of Parkwood Hall's middle leadership team, leading the schools TransDisciplinary Team (TDT), with a focus on driving therapeutic service development and quality assuring therapeutic interventions for children and young people. In addition to delivering high-quality interventions of complex cases where appropriate, the role includes overseeing the effective running of the therapy teams to ensure that pupils EHCP and therapeutic needs are met, as well as clinically supervising the senior therapists for each discipline whilst fostering a culture of reflective practice. The position oversees the TDT service development, leads on relevant school improvement initiatives, and ensuring the highest standards of practice. This role also involves directing training programmes, advising on service delivery, and maintaining professional and safeguarding standards across the school.
