Liberty Mutual Reinsurance (LM Re) is one of four core pillars (North America, LII, LM Re and Global Surety) that make up the Global Risk Solutions (GRS), business unit. LM Re is situated in all core global market hubs and offers treaty property, casualty and specialty products across key North America, South America, European, UK, Middle East, Asia Pacific, and other international locations.
We provide brokers and cedants with a broad product range through both the Company and Lloyd's markets and have approximately 200 employees in 13 offices around the world.
About the Role:
As the Head of Transformation and Change Delivery, you will play a mission-critical role in shaping and executing LM Re's enterprise-wide transformation agenda. Reporting into the COO, managing the Transformation Design, Transformation Execution, and Operational Excellence teams and working closely with the LM Re Leadership Team, you'll be responsible for orchestrating strategic change, managing the transformation portfolio and team, and embedding operational excellence across global functions.
This role will be instrumental in enabling LM Re to achieve strategic objectives and partnering across GRS to evolve globalised functions and optimise resourcing strategies.
This is a highly visible leadership role that blends strategic vision with hands-on delivery. You'll lead cross functional efforts to ensure alignment with corporate goals, mobilise impactful change, and help future proof the organisation through data driven decision-making, strong stakeholder engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and LMRe Demand ManagementFormalize and establish the intake, pre-clearance, prioritization of technology and non-technology demand, ensuring alignment with LM Re's strategic objectives and enterprise capacity.
Establish and lead governance forums, decision making structures, and standardised templates to facilitate timely and effective prioritisation.
Collaborate with GRS Business Architecture to design and embed the target operating model and business processes that support scalable, global growth.
Project / Portfolio ManagementLead the execution of LM Re's strategic transformation portfolio - ensuring that programs and initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, tracked against milestones and deliverables on the Enterprise roadmap and aligned to enterprise value drivers.
Measure performance of strategic initiatives against objectives and key results and lead intervention strategies for underperforming programs to address delivery risks, unlock blockers and accelerate impact.
Own governance forums, up to the LM Re Leadership Team, ensuring leadership is equipped to steer delivery, manage issues, and make high-impact decisions.
Embed delivery excellence practices to track overall transformation health, monitoring delivery metrics associated with velocity, quality, and predictability while coaching delivery teams to continuously improve
Enterprise Change Management
Shape and deliver a comprehensive enterprise change management strategy to ensure successful adoption of transformation initiatives across LM Re.
Establish and mobilse change agents and networks in partnership with GRS Talent to accelerate realization of initiative benefits and build enterprise capability.
Lead communication planning and execution to ensure the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time; driving clarity, motivation, and ownership of change.
Design and deliver capability-building initiatives that support reskilling, knowledge transfer, and high-performance culture, underpinned by measurable outcomes.
Cross-Functional Engagement and Process ExcellenceBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate communication, collaboration and support for strategic initiatives
Work with GRS Operations networks to establish and implement for transformation & change delivery, standardising approaches, tools and methodologies globally.
Lead the design for processes that will be regionally and globally standardized; in collaboration with the relevant individuals and teams.

Skills and Experience:Proven experience in leading complex, enterprise level transformation, from demand intake to execution and benefit realisation.
Deep expertise in portfolio management, change leadership, and operational design.
A commercial mindset with strong analytical skills; able to use data to influence decisions, assess performance, and steer direction.
Exceptional organisational leadership; capable of overseeing multiple strategic programs and engaging senior stakeholders with confidence.
Reinsurance and/or insurance sector knowledge, with a strong grasp of operating models, challenges, and regulatory frameworks within the sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is desirable.
