Effective use of and reporting against KPI systems
Progress report writing and presentation of results
Handling formal discipline processes - Handling appeals - Legal obligations - Etc
Training and coaching staff - Assessing performance and effective skills development

Involvement or previous experience within an automotive network
Strong, proven working knowledge of modern Distribution techniques & demands
Working level traffic desk management - Hands on experience
