What will I be doing?
The ideal candidate is a seasoned UX leader with a strong background in product-led organisations, a deep understanding of complex digital ecosystems, and a proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing design teams.
As a Head of User Experience under the leadership of the Director of User Experience, you will champion the overarching UX strategy for our global product suite and alongside our Head of UX leading UX for delivery, you will ensure a seamless user experience between our core products and client-specific solutions.
You will partner with the centralised enablement functions (led by the Director of UX) to leverage the design system, information architecture principles, and user research findings to align with Global Product Managers and Engineering leadership, influence global product roadmaps and ensure our products are not only intuitive but also scalable.
You will manage and develop a talented group of Designers and an active member of the senior UX leadership team, focusing on improved ways of working and team health.
Alongside your peers from Product and Engineering, you'll work with the Growth and Pre-Sales teams to provide them with user insights and articulate the value of our products' user experience to prospective and current clients.
About You
Ideally you'll be/have
Experience in a senior Design/UX leadership role, with a proven track record of managing and mentoring UX teams, preferably with leaders reporting to you.
A hands-on leader who is highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, and team oriented, taking on end-to-end ownership.
Proficiency with modern UX tools and methodologies (e.g., Figma, user research platforms, design systems, journey management).
Extensive proven experience designing for complex, multi-faceted digital products informed by research.
Strong strategic thinking and a deep understanding of how to connect UX strategy to business objectives.
You achieve commercial impact and business growth through your teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
A growth mindset, viewing challenges as opportunities for learning and improvement.
Strong relationship-building skills both with clients and internal teams.
Comfortable with the ambiguity that comes from working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing market needs
