We are looking for a Head of Utilities to join our Infrastructure Energy team in Leavesden.
What you'll do:
- Lead and maintain Lloyds Accreditation for water, power, and gas utilities across Skanska, acting as Authorising Officer.
- Serve as SME for utilities in pre-construction bids, ensuring governance in utility design and delivery.
- Collaborate with Procurement and project teams to optimize utility asset procurement, diversions, reinstatements, and new constructions.
- Support project teams by recruiting, onboarding, and developing utility resources, and conduct site tours to uphold safety and quality standards.
- Extensive experience managing utilities throughout the entire infrastructure project lifecycle.
- Proven track record in delivering utilities-related projects successfully.
- Strong project management skills for organized execution and implementation.
- Relentless drive to innovate, improve, and reduce utilities-related incidents.
