Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead the effective management of our welfare services across the RBVE Village in Aylesford. This key role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality, robust welfare support to veterans, their families, and dependents, helping them to overcome complex needs and transition confidently toward sustainable independent living when appropriate. The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive welfare framework that promotes safe, empathetic, and person centred support, while ensuring staff are appropriately skilled, supervised, and able to work safely. A crucial part of the role will involve building and maintaining strong partnerships with external agencies, enabling enhanced support pathways and ensuring the holistic needs of veterans are met.

Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI) is a national charity that has been helping those in need for over 100 years, providing support to the Armed Forces community, those with disabilities and those who have found themselves unemployed.

Each RBLI division offers a service to help veterans live an independent life with whatever support they require resulting in the successful delivery of a full-care pathway on-site to help veterans of any age or background from across the three services.
