We are seeking an exceptional leader to take on the role of

Head of Women's Performance and Programmes

. This pivotal position will oversee the strategic growth and development of Scotland's women's player pathways, National Age Grade teams, and the Women's National Team.


In this role, you will:

Lead the design and delivery of high-impact performance programmes across all levels of the women's game. Establish and nurture well-connected regional hubs to ensure a strong and sustainable talent pipeline. Develop and implement a clear, progressive talent development framework - from early talent identification through to national team representation. Drive alignment across all performance structures to ensure Scotland's elite athletes are supported to succeed on the international stage.

We're looking for a visionary performance leader with a proven track record in high-performance sport, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a deep commitment to athlete development.
