Lithia UK Head Office Receptionist - Head Office Based (Annesley, Nottingham)



16 hours per week to be worked on Monday & Tuesday's with opportunity occasional cover where needed

An exciting opportunity has become available to join Lithia UK's central team as a Head Office Receptionist. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, this role plays a crucial part in shaping the experience of everyone who connects with our business. From greeting senior stakeholders and shareholders to coordinating incoming calls and supporting various departments, the Receptionist ensures a warm, professional, and seamless front-of-house experience. What does the role of Receptionist involve?



Welcoming visitors to the building and directing them to the appropriate person or department in a professional and courteous manner Handling a high volume of incoming calls, transferring them to the correct contacts and taking clear messages when needed Managing general inquiries, providing helpful and informed answers regarding our company and departments, or signposting the caller to the correct information source Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as document updates, meeting room bookings, ordering supplies, and general correspondence using Microsoft 365 Maintaining a tidy, organised and welcoming reception area, ensuring that it always reflects the professional image of Lithia UK and complies with health and safety standards Overseeing front desk operations, including visitor registration, issuing security passes, logging deliveries, and ensuring that building access procedures are followed correctly

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the business Excellent customer service mindset, with a warm and approachable attitude and the ability to resolve queries calmly and professionally Highly organised and proactive approach, capable of managing multiple priorities, staying on top of administrative tasks, and maintaining excellent attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using business systems and scheduling tools A composed and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to handle unexpected situations, resolve minor challenges independently, and know when to escalate A professional appearance and positive presence, representing the company with pride and supporting our commitment to excellent internal and external experiences
