We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality meal preparation and maintaining a well-organised kitchen environment.

Duties

Lead and manage the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere. Plan and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality standards for taste and presentation. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene practices within the kitchen. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked with essential ingredients. Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and best practices. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Manage kitchen budgets effectively while minimising waste and maximising efficiency.

Experience

Proven experience as a senior Pizza Chef or in a similar leadership role within a restaurant environment. Strong culinary skills with expertise in food preparation and meal presentation. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. A creative mindset with the ability to develop unique recipes and menus that delight guests. Strong communication skills to effectively lead a diverse team and interact with customers. A passion for cooking and helping others develop their culinary skills is essential.
