If you live and breathe pizza, know your way around a wood-fired oven, and have at least 3 years of dough-making mastery under your belt, this could be the role for you.
The Role would consist of of
3 days a week in our London pizzeria
and
2 days a week in our Brighton pizzeria.
The ideal candidate would live in London and have easy access to London Victoria or Thameslink, which are approx travel 1 hour to Brighton.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in dough preparation and wood-fired ovens
Strong leadership skills - you'll be guiding and inspiring your team
Confidence with stock management, rota planning, labour control and costings
Solid knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures
