We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Pizza Chef to lead our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management, with a focus on maintaining standards. Duties
Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste
Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs effectively
Monitor kitchen equipment and facilities for proper maintenance and safety compliance
Train new team members in food preparation techniques and safety procedures
Experience
Proven experience in a similar environment
Strong background in kitchen management, including staff supervision and training
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
Experience with menu development and cost control measures
Previous experience with stretching , prepping dough , managing dough and cooking stone oven pizzas
