Your job:
As the Head of Product Management for Securities Lending and Borrowing at Euroclear Bank, you will lead the team responsible for managing our suite of securities lending services: our settlement driven auto borrow program SLB and our strategic driven GCA (Global Collateral Access) program.
Your part of the deal

• Ensure our services remain competitive, profitable, and aligned with company objectives.
• Explore new revenue opportunities and manage, re-engineer, and transform services to achieve these goals.
• Conduct market research, oversee product development and design, set pricing models, direct advertising campaigns, and monitor sales performance.
• Qualify and quantify the Business Case for new initiatives, track value creation, and monitor and report the product P&L.
• Actively engage with a variety of external stakeholders, including clients, market infrastructures, industry associations, service providers, and regulators.

You will play a key role in evolving the securities lending and collateral management business domain, interacting with all relevant internal experts and driving their efforts for success:

• GCA Desk Front- and Back Office: exchange insights on borrowing demand, specific borrower opportunities including pricing aspects.
• Sales & Relationship Division: Working with Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers to ensure effective product roll-out and visibility.
• Product Business Analysts and Application Domain Management: engaging and driving teams for efficient Project management and on-time IT delivery.
• Operations: providing the necessary support to ensure proper function of business as usual including the management of any escalations.
• Legal: Updating the legal framework and documentation.
• Banking and Credit: Challenging the financial framework where it unduly limits business expansion and driving the expansion of collateral schedules to enable business growth.
• Audit and Risk Management: Ensuring an accurate control framework.

• Proven track record in securities lending, and collateral management.
• Formulate and drive strategies forward.
• Excited by and excel in analyzing market data, developing business cases, and crafting presentations
• Strong relationship and communication (both written and oral) are essential for your role.
• You seek autonomy, thrive in less structured environments and welcome challenges to your views.
