As a Spa Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the well-being of our clients through tailored treatments, while also contributing to the overall success of the spa.

Duties

Provide high-quality spa treatments, including scalp neck shoulder massage, headspa treatments and scalp analysis. Deliver exceptional guest services by ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients. Manage front desk operations Engage in effective communication with guests to understand their needs and preferences. Promote additional services through upselling techniques to enhance the client experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms and communal areas. Ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality throughout all interactions with guests.

Requirements

Proven experience as a massage/hair specialist or in a similar role within the wellness/beauty industry Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage front desk responsibilities effectively. Knowledge of various spa treatments, including massage and hair wash techniques is desirable A passion for the beauty and wellness industry, upholding integrity within treatments. .
