This position primarily requires a sports coach to effectively organise, run and assist in delivering child development sessions within primary school settings in line with TSC (Total Sports Coaching) coaching programme and curriculum. The coach will be required to assist in delivering and organise and lead activities including; national curriculum PE lessons, lunchtime activities, after school activities and multi-skill based sessions. The position also requires organising and leading activities in our community programme with our toddler's soccer, grassroots club partnerships and community outreach programmes. The coach will also be required to work in our specialist football, community and nursery programmes.

To organise and deliver lunchtime and after school activities for school children in a variety of different sports and activities.
To organise and deliver school holiday programme activities for school children in a variety of different sports and activities.
To prepare and plan sessions for all activities undertaken
To coach football and a range of sports in a variety of different school, grassroots club, academy and community environments.
To prepare and implement well-structured and progressive coaching programmes to ensure high quality, enjoyable coaching experience centred around the needs of the participants.
To assist and support other TSC coaches in delivering high quality coaching and Activities
To provide your own transport to and from TSC sessions o To be committed to continuous professional development relevant to the post and personal training needs supporting future career advancement.
To support work with clubs and other community groups to ensure that young people are retained in sport through high quality coaching.
To be a positive role model, creating a positive and fun environment in which to motivate and encourage young people to participate in sport or physical activity.
To carry out administrative duties as necessary e.g. maintain accurate attendance registers, collect monies, carry out risk assessments, etc.
To develop and maintain effective and positive working relationships with all partners and community organisations.
To agree to abide by all of TSCs codes of conduct and rules and dress code
To undertake other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time to ensure the successful running of TSC
To be prepared to regularly carry out work during evening and weekend periods.
