Job Description

This is a pivotal and exciting time to join Green Meadow Primary School and make a real difference to children's progress and outcomes.

The Head Teacher will report to the Directors of Education and the Chief Executive Officer.

support the Director of Education and the Chief Executive Officer to set and review the school's priorities and objectives, leading activity to ensure these are delivered and standards are raised. demonstrate exemplary leadership. develop, motivate, and deploy teaching and non-teaching staff to secure the best possible use of available talent. determine and drive appropriate standards and targets to deliver improvement. promote and demonstrate strong parent partnerships. create an accountable, safe, and positive learning environment in which diversity and co-operation are celebrated.

Pay: 76,772.00-82,654.00 per year
