Everyone Active is the longest-established leisure contractor in the UK, dedicated to encouraging individuals to engage in physical activity. With a mission to inspire at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise five times a week, we manage over 220 leisure and cultural centres nationwide.

Summary

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and developing our tennis programme.

We are looking for a coach who will...

Have a minimum of an LTA Level 4 coaching qualification or working towards Level 4, and a strong playing background Have experience in developing a programme of players of all ages, and producing tournament standard players Have experience in leading a team of coaches Be both a positive role model for the tennis colleagues, coaching teams and consistently promote the company's vision and values Be able to work as part of a team, working well under supervision and follow operational procedures Have a dynamic on court manner and a strong on court presence Have good communication and administration skills, be reliable and have good timekeeping skills
This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays and we will also complete a DBS check prior to starting
