Your Role:

As a Construction Tutor / Assessor, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting candidates through their qualifications, ensuring they meet industry standards. You will collaborate closely with our senior IQAs and assessors to uphold our high-quality delivery standards.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking passionate professionals who can assess a variety of Construction related qualifications, with the following competencies and experience:

Site Management NVQs (Level 6 - 7)

Various Trade NVQs (Level 2 - 3)

If you hold an IQA qualification would be very beneficial.

if you have been successful in helping a business obtain accreditations to supply courses this is highly desirable.

What You'll Need:

Strong knowledge and experience in the construction industry, ideally with Construction Site Supervision/Management experience. Proficiency with e-portfolio systems, as all our portfolios are managed online. Willingness to visit candidates on-site when required. (We'll cover expenses and offer a car allowance for regular travel. Ability to demonstrate implementing and managing new courses within the construction industry into an online businesses (open to e learning and in person) Beneficial to have a commercial knowledge of what does and does not work well within construction related courses

Required Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must hold one of the following assessor/verifier qualifications:

A1/A2, V1/V2, or D32/33/34 Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement Relevant Trade NVQ (e.g., Level 2 NVQ in Site Carpentry) Level 6 or 7 NVQ in Construction Site Management or Occupational Health & Safety
We are open to other qualifications that bodies such as CITB approve

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
