Head Veterinary Nurse - Take the Next Step in Your Career

Are you a motivated, passionate Veterinary Nurse ready to progress into a leadership role? We're looking for an enthusiastic Head Veterinary Nurse to lead our close-knit team at our independent small animal practice in Hartley Wintney (Hook).

This role would be ideal for an experienced Deputy Head Veterinary Nurse or Senior Veterinary Nurse who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow into a leadership position within a supportive environment.

Here at St Kitts Veterinary Group, we have been caring for the small animal community since 2000, beginning with our Hook branch. Since then, we've blossomed into a group of well-equipped, modern veterinary clinics across Yateley, Basingstoke and Fleet, while still retaining the friendly ethos of an independent practice.

About you:

Registered Veterinary Nurse with

a minimum of 5 years' experience

Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to develop as a leader Confident multitasker who thrives in a busy practice Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

Clinical Coach qualification desirable

(training can be provided)

The role:

Full-time position (40 hours per week)
(Part-time considered for the right candidate)

Participation in a shared weekend rota Opportunity to lead, mentor and develop a motivated nursing team
Salary up to 38,000 per year dependant on experience.
