Head Waiter

As a Head Waiter, you set the standard for service and support the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do

Lead by example on the floor, delivering exceptional service Support and train the waiting team to reach Hawksmoor standards Take ownership of sections and VIP tables Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless experience Help drive sales through menu knowledge and confident recommendations

Who You Are

Strong experience as a Waiter in a quality, high-volume restaurant Confident, professional and love leading by example Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ambitious, with potential to move towards Supervisor or Management
