The Role
As a Head Waiter, you will:
Lead your section with confidence and inspire high service standards.
Deliver elegant, intuitive service with a polished floor presence.
Support junior team members with coaching and feedback during service.
Maintain control of service flow and resolve guest issues discreetly.
Contribute to daily briefings and help uphold the rhythm of the restaurant.

The Twenty Two is a luxury lifestyle hotel located on London's historic Grosvenor Square. Our property, set within a listed Edwardian manor, combines cultural elegance with modern charm. We offer an all-day public restaurant and a private members' club with 31 bedrooms and suites.
About You
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellence and culture.
You will have:
Previous experience in luxury dining, ideally as a head or senior waiter.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
High emotional intelligence and guest engagement abilities.
The ability to manage service flow with grace and accuracy.
Knowledge of wine and food pairings.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage a floor section, ensuring smooth, high-quality service.
Lead by example and train junior staff in best practices.
Take accurate orders and deliver confident service with attention to detail.
Manage guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Support stock checks, opening/closing duties, and hygiene protocols.
Represent the team during service briefings and lead service transitions.

Holiday entitlement increases: 2 days at 2 years' length of service, and a further 3 days at 5 years' length of service, prorated to your contract hours
