What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in an elegant or high-end restaurant Strong leadership skills with the ability to support, guide, and motivate the front-of-house team Excellent communication and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences Professional presentation, reliability, and a positive attitude Ability to manage reservations, coordinate service, and maintain smooth operations during busy periods
