The restaurant works tightly as a team, so an experienced head waiter / waitress who works with everybody and inspires. Very high-volume sales, the ability to drive business and experience within a premium restaurant.

We will give you freedom to express your ideas and implement them. A strong working knowledge on cocktails and wine is essential with an understanding of late nights and live musicians.

As a head server you will have
Wine Knowledge
Planning, organising and coming up with creative working ideas
Passionate about customer service
Be very guest focused
Strong management skills
Be able to think on your feet and come up with conclusive ideas
Identifying problems and reacting to resolve the issues
The Ideal candidate will be:
Experienced in a similar bar and restaurant which serves great fresh food which changes seasonally ideally from a brasserie style environment or quality gastro pub
Be able to work with teams of over 20+ staff
Understanding of events
Be able to work in a high demanding environment
Used to high volume
MUST have a good understanding about the bar and floor operations experience with food
Must be flexible in working late night hours
Used to being in a customer service background
Be proactive and being able to think on their feet
Used to dealing with different types of clientele with customer service being the top priority
The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving excellent service to the clientele and a proven track record in a food & drink brasserie style environment background.
