About the position

We are seeking individuals to fill the role of Head Waiter/Waitress. In this capacity, you will oversee the seamless orchestration of service within a designated section during lunch, dinner, or evening performances. Your role will contribute to the immersive cinematic and musical environment, ensuring that each table experiences the genuine essence of a dinner-dance affair. With a primary focus on guest satisfaction, you will infuse the entire service with energy and dynamic precision. Additionally, you will maintain service excellence, anticipate floor requirements, and leverage your extensive product knowledge. Furthermore, you will provide guidance and motivation to the Commis Waiters (Food Runners) to continually elevate their performance.

Qualifications and Expertise

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of two years\' experience as a Waiter or Head Waiter, ideally gained within a reputable restaurant, private club, or equivalent setting.
• Proficiency in all facets of table service and upkeep, along with a cultivated understanding of food and wine.
• Familiarity with Asian cuisine advantageous but not essential (training provided).
• A passion for the concept of combining dining with music and dance.
• Ability to inspire and elevate service standards.
