We are looking for a Headteacher who has:

the ability to lead, motivate and develop staff; outstanding communication and presentation skills; a genuine open-mindedness and willingness to be challenged towards best practice (understanding of schools as a business); sufficient commitment and energy to understand all facets of the school (and where necessary, the commitment to 'roll up your sleeves and DO'); ambition and vision for school development - a drive to perfection; and a passion for providing an outstanding education.
We are seeking an inspiring Headteacher to lead our highly regarded school, rated 'Outstanding' and 'Excellent', located in the heart of Urmston.
