Holy Trinity Church of England Primary School is seeking to appoint an exceptional and inspirational Headteacher to lead the school into its next exciting chapter.


From September 2025, Holy Trinity operates as a single, unified primary following the successful amalgamation of its Infant and Junior schools. This presents a unique opportunity for an ambitious and values-driven leader to build on strong foundations and shape the future of a vibrant, inclusive Church school.

The successful candidate will:

Provide strong, strategic and visible leadership, rooted in clear values and moral purpose Secure high standards of teaching, learning and achievement for all pupils Lead and develop a motivated staff team through an open, supportive and accountable culture Champion inclusion, wellbeing and safeguarding, ensuring every child flourishes Lead and articulate the school's distinctive Christian vision in an inclusive and meaningful way Build effective partnerships with governors, parents, the Trust, parish and wider community Manage resources and finances effectively to support long-term school improvement
