Salary: 78,702 to 91,157per annum (L18-L24)

(Teachers' Pension Scheme / STPCD / national conditions)

Unity Schools Partnership is an innovative MAT, with a nationally acclaimed curriculum offer (CUSP). Our schools use our Trust &iLearn digital strategy to deliver curriculum excellence through 1:1 iPads, with all Y4-6 pupils using an iPad that they take home daily. With a Research School at the heart of our practice, we are committed to using evidence to guide our approaches to school improvement. Unity Schools Partnership is a Multi Academy Trust of 40 schools as of 1 September 2025 and continuing to grow over the coming years with other schools to open.
