Job Description

We are proud to announce that Brunel Academies Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Headteacher to oversee the leadership of our Brimble Hill School and Uplands School campus site as it moves to become one all through school. This is a project piece which could extend depending on delivery and requirement, however initially for 24 months from agreed start be this ASAP or in line with leadership resignation deadlines to start. You will be collaborating with Brunel's Executive Leadership Team and wider network of Brunel Academies Trust Professionals and Central Business Support Teams at an exciting and crucial time in the Trust's journey to success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a merging team of talented senior leaders, teachers and wider support team and in doing so, you will foster an environment that encourages growth and development while promoting collaboration and innovation.

We are looking to appoint a creative, ambitious educational leader with a passion for education and SEND combined. You will be an excellent leadership professional, well organised and an effective communicator with experience of quality Headship, Executive Headship or demonstrable strong senior leadership, ready for the next step. You will be able to establish and sustain high outcome teaching, nourish your team's strengths and abilities to ensure the best outcomes for our children and young people (CYP).
