We are seeking an exceptionally organised and proactive individual to join Talbot Heath as the Headteacher's PA. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the school, providing high-level administrative and personal support to the Headteacher while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school office. The successful candidate will be a calm and confident communicator, able to manage a busy and fast-moving workload with professionalism, accuracy and sound judgement.

As a key representative of the school, you will act as the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, visitors and governors, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and commitment to excellence. You will oversee administrative systems, compliance processes and the work of the office team, contributing to a warm, well-organised and solutions-focused environment. This is a varied and rewarding position suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, enjoys building positive relationships and is motivated by supporting the effective leadership of a forward-thinking school.

Position:

Permanent, term time only plus 8 weeks during school closures

Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

8.00 am to 5.00 pm with 1 hour for lunch

5.6 weeks statutory holiday paid within salary
