HEADWAITER/HEADWAITRESS

Lan y Mor brings together the man behind Michelin-starred Beach House in the Gower, with former Head Chef at award-winning Grove of Narberth. Hywel Griffith, Chef Director of Michelin-starred Beach House, in Oxwich will now also lead Lan y Mor, which will be under the stewardship of new Head Chef, Gerwyn Jones. Hywel and Gerwyn have crafted a really inclusive menu, full of Welsh flavour and local ingredients, ready for you to enjoy with your loved ones, old and young.

The restaurant manager, Nikos, is now looking for a passionate and talented Headwaiter/Headwaitress to join the team.

What we offer:

Package upto 35,000 including Gratuities and Pension.

4 day working week.

Extra days worked paid.

Gratuities evenly shared through Tronc system, currently employees enjoy 7k per annum.

A successful candidate will ideally have:

A clear passion to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Excellent experience in a fine dining environment.

Good knowledge of wine, sprits, and cocktails.

Be well organised with good attention to detail.

Smart presentation and a friendly yet professional personality.

A resilient nature and ability to work under pressure.

A strong team work ethic.
