We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Safety, Health and Environment team on site at our Haverfordwest Creamery. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a commitment to excellence in administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Entering and or monitoring Waste Transfer Notes.
Collating information from Safety Reporting QR Microsoft form outputs.
Organising and facilitating committee meetings: Sending out calendar invites, collating agendas, taking minutes and circulating.
Formulating and circulating safety surveys on Microsoft forms, collating the data and reporting.
Formatting newsletters with SHE Manager's content for site circulation.
Improving current spreadsheets and trackers to improve efficiency.
Collating discoverable evidence on the for the BSI accreditation folders
Tracking risk assessment review periods and reporting due RA's to SHE Manager.
Demonstrate presence around site in lieu of SHE Manager.
Managing the data from site surveillance.
Initial accident fact finding: Populating data, information, taking photographs, creating folders, scanning documents into them, tracking corrective actions on a planner.
Populating daily and weekly KPI figures Collating data for the monthly reports.
Experience
Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
Demonstrated clerical experience in a professional setting
