About The Role
We are recruiting for a Health and Safety Administrator to work at our state of the art manufacturing facility in Barton. The candidate will work from Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30.
Main Responsibilities
- Data entry and database management
- Ensure all accident, incident and near miss records are kept up to date
- Ensure site notice boards are reviewed and updated
- Take charge of the master tracker
- Oversee HSE email account
- General photocopying, scanning and filing
- Other general duties may be required
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Candidates must be proficient in Word and Excel and have good computer skills and an overall \'can do\' attitude
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- General health and safety knowledge is advantageous
