We're now looking for a Health and Safety Administrator to assist the HSE Business Partner in the execution of Health and Safety across this site



?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE


Compiling weekly and monthly performance reports and provide accurate data analysis on H&S statistics Monitor site's performance/KPIs to coordinate the issuing of reward and recognition certificates and acknowledgements Compile incident review packs for the weekly scheduled review calls Support the team with ordering required work equipment an systems access

Experience working in an administrative role Excellent numerical skills Good use of Microsoft systems especially excel Health and Safety and logistics background is desirable not essential
