This particular opportunity is for a dedicated Health and Safety Administrator, aimed at someone who thrives on building relationships with internal and external team members, whilst executing their day-to-day duties with confidence and accuracy.

Scope:
Work with the Health and Safety Training and Compliance Manager to provide administrative support to site teams and to produce and keep updated chosen IT systems. (PIMS, Biosite, Safety Culture)
Report on, action and monitor training requirements of operatives and staff.
Produce H&S Training Matrix relevant to individual sites
Assist in administering, distributing and ordering of PPE and Signage requirements for sites.
Have the ability and willingness to be trained to carry out licence, consents and traffic management solutions required by the business and to carry out inductions and D&A testing for new operatives.
Any other duties reasonably requested to support the Health and Safety function of West Point Construction.
General H&S Department administrative support.
Reporting Lines:
Reporting directly to the H&S Director in the first instance but with lines of communication to Health and Safety Training and Compliance Manager and Senior H&S Manager.
Job Requirements:
Must be mentally mature, organised, motivated, and able to prioritise workload.
Must be excel and computer literate
Must have attention to detail.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality, be willing to take instruction and willing to develop the role as required in the best interests of West Point Construction.
Working hours 07.30am until 16.30pm with an hour lunch break. Flexibility will be considered for the right candidate.
All necessary training will be given and support offered.
