Royal Mid-Surrey Golf Club is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Health and Safety Administrator

to join our team on a 6-month temporary contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about workplace safety and compliance, looking to make a real impact at a prestigious golf club.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Club Manager and Heads of Department to ensure comprehensive health and safety compliance across all areas of the club. Set up and implement

and

Brightsafe

software systems. Prepare and update the club's health and safety policies and documentation. Conduct and assist with risk assessments for various departments and activities. Provide guidance and support on health and safety best practices. Assist in the delivery of relevant training and ensure ongoing compliance with current legislation.

About You:

Previous experience in a health and safety administrative role is essential. Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices. Experience with software systems such as Obbi Golf and Brightsafe is highly desirable. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively across departments. A relevant health and safety qualification (e.g. IOSH or NEBOSH) is an advantage.

Full-time

Salary:

Competitive, based on experience

Pay: 485.00-560.00 per week
