Evolution Safety Solutions is a trusted provider of health and safety consultancy and training services across the UK. We work closely with clients in the utilities and construction sectors, delivering high-quality, practical safety advice and accredited training courses.

We're now looking for a qualified Health and Safety Advisor / Trainer to join our growing team in Abercynon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both advising and teaching, with a real passion for improving safety standards and sharing knowledge.

The Role

As a Health and Safety Advisor / Trainer, you'll:

Deliver engaging specialist health and safety training courses to clients including cat & genny, and confined spaces (Training will be given in subject knowledge as required) Provide competent, practical health and safety advice and support. Carry out risk assessments, audits, and inspections. Support clients in maintaining and improving safety management systems. Keep up to date with current health and safety legislation and best practice.

Essential Requirements

NEBOSH General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction Certificate (minimum). Teaching qualification - minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or equivalent. Background in utilities or construction. Strong communication and presentation skills.

Desirable Skills

Competent in the use of CAT & Genny. Confined Space training. Practical experience delivering training in a utilities environment.
