Health And Safety Compliance Officer / Trainer Officer

Job Description

The Compliance Officer will support the processes of ensuring VIP First is and remains compliant with all statutory and contractual obligations.

General responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance

:

Ensuring all cleaning and company procedures comply with aviation industry regulations.

Keeping up to date with changes in regulatory requirements and implementing necessary adjustments in protocols.

Quality Assurance

:

Conducting regular inspections and audits of procedures and outcomes.

Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Training and Development

:

Develop, source and deliver training programs for all staff on compliance standards and best practices.

Ensuring staff are knowledgeable about safety procedures and regulatory requirements.

Documentation and Reporting

:

Maintain detailed records of cleaning operations, inspections, and compliance activities.

Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies on compliance status and any incidents or issues.

Health and Safety

:

Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during cleaning operations.

Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Coordination and Communication

:

Coordinate with other stakeholders, to ensure integrated compliance efforts.

Communicate compliance standards and updates to all relevant personnel.

Risk Management

:

Identify potential compliance risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.

Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to prevent non-compliance incidents.

Continuous Improvement

:

Analyse data from inspections and audits to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cleaning quality and general compliance.



Skills and Qualifications:



2+ years' experience in quality assurance, health and safety or compliance roles, preferably in the aviation sector. Strong organisational skills Excellent communication and training abilities. Proficient in Office 365 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Maintain compliant and accurate file management systems, including client contracts, audits and file reviews.

Knowledge of health and aviation industry regulations and standards (desirable) Knowledge of data protection protocols (desirable)
Possess a team spirit.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 17,000.00-26,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week

Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)
