is a specialist supplier of both contract and permanent staff to the water industry, we support many of the key companies across the UK.

Our client is seeking a HSE / Engineer for the pump, de-watering and conveyor side of the business, you will be required as necessary to travel to site for audit and investigation purposes. (car will be provided)

Qualifications:

Minimum NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.

Experience:

2-3 years of hands-on HSE experience in site environments. Proven experience working under CDM regulations. Experience supervising staff on-site. Familiarity with BSI and Achilles compliance standards. Exposure to electrical systems (beneficial but not essential).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain site and workshop HSE documentation to ensure compliance. Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes. Assess and define site requirements for the installation of rental equipment (training provided by company). Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide HSE support. Perform engineering tasks on-site and in the workshop as needed. Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure adherence to company and legal safety standards.

Strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
