We are looking for an experienced Health and Safety Manager with fantastic strategic leadership and risk management skills. Reporting to our Director of People and Talent and working with colleagues in compliance and assets, the postholder will lead, develop, and implement robust health and safety systems across MSV, ensuring full compliance with statutory health and safety obligations and best practice standards. The post will manage and mitigate health and safety risks through effective monitoring, reporting, and strategic oversight to safeguard colleagues, contractors, and customers.

What will our Health and Safety Manager do;







What we are looking for;







NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 5 in Health and Safety, or equivalent Experience of managing Health & Safety at a senior level Significant experience of developing and implementing H&S policies, procedures, and guidance - In-depth knowledge of H&S legislation, policy, good practice, and current issues Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively at all levels Experience of risk assessments, accident investigations, audits/inspections
