About Us:

Projective Consulting are a UK-based company, specialising in the installation of wired/wireless networks, IT and CCTV infrastructure within the aviation sector. Projective are looking to recruit an in-house Health and Safety Officer to develop Health and Safety processes, principles and a positive Health and Safety culture across all levels of the organisation.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Health and Safety Officer to ensure our organisation complies with all health and safety regulations, promotes a safe working environment, and minimises risks. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of health and safety standards and a keen eye for identifying potential hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments Develop, implement, and review health and safety policies and procedures Provide health and safety training and advice to staff and management Investigate accidents and incidents and compile reports Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Promote a safety culture across all levels of the organisation

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Health and Safety Officer or similar role Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices
-Excellent communication and training skills

Ability to identify hazards and implement effective control measures Relevant qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are preferred Role-based predominantly at Heathrow Airport Office. Travel to other work locations across the UK will be required. Working remotely is permitted when applicable.
