Are you a proactive Health & Safety professional looking to make a difference? We are seeking a

Health & Safety Officer

to ensure compliance, promote best practices, and foster a strong safety culture across our group of companies.

, is an aseptic compounding facility specialising in Parenteral Nutrition, Chemotherapy, and CIVAS for NHS and private hospitals. This is your opportunity to contribute to a company dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.

Your Role:

? Conduct risk assessments and implement risk-reduction strategies.
? Develop and maintain health & safety policies, ensuring full compliance.
? Perform regular site inspections and audits to uphold safety standards.
? Lead engaging training sessions on health & safety best practices.
? Investigate incidents, recommend improvements, and maintain records.
? Stay ahead of legislative changes and ensure best-practice implementation.
? Oversee fire safety, hazardous substance management, and regulatory compliance.

What We're Looking For:

?

NEBOSH certification

(IOSH or environmental qualifications are a plus).
? Strong experience in

health & safety

, ideally in manufacturing or pharmaceuticals.
? Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
? Strong organisational and communication skills.
