What You'll Do
Health & Safety Incident Support inc RIDDOR reporting
Documentation & Record keeping
Compliance support
Assist with H&S Training & Awareness
Site visits & Inspections
Reporting & Data Management
Maintain meeting minutes for all HSQE related activities
The postholder may be required to undertake additional duties consistent with the role and their level of responsibility, including supporting wider compliance activities within the HSQE function.
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of health and safety legislation, particularly in telecoms or infrastructure.
IOSH Managing Safely (minimum); NEBOSH Certificate (preferred).
Previous experience in a health and safety administration or support role.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work with documentation and data.
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
Full driving licence (essential)
Desirable Attributes
Familiarity with ISO management systems (particularly ISO 45001; knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 advantageous).
Experience in a role involving audit or compliance administration.
Positive, proactive approach to supporting continuous improvement.
Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
