Salary: 32,455 - 45,260 per annum (including London Weighting)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent | Teacher Training Provided

Clarus Education is proud to be supporting a leading Further Education College in Northwest London in their search for a Lecturer in Health and Social Care with Health Specialism. This is an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Nurse to move into a teaching role and help shape the future workforce in the health and social care sector.
The Role - Health and Social Care Lecturer with Health Specialism
Working within a successful, vibrant Health & Social Care department, you will be teaching across:

• Level 3 T Level Technical Qualification in Health
• BTEC Health and Social Care Levels 1, 2 and 3

You will use your clinical expertise to guide, inspire and prepare learners (primarily aged 16-19) for further study and careers within the health and social care profession. This role also comes with full support to gain a teaching qualification if you do not currently have one.
What We're Looking For - Health and Social Care Lecturer with Health Specialism

• A degree in Nursing (essential)
• Current Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration (essential)
• Recent or current clinical experience in the health and/or care sector
• Some experience of teaching, training, or mentoring others
• A recognised Level 5 teaching qualification (DET/PGCE) is desirable, but support will be provided by the college to achieve this if not held
