About The Role

Contract: This is a fixed term contract for 9 months, covering maternity.

We are looking for someone with great interpersonal skills to join our Health and Social Care Partnerships Team. You will play a crucial role in building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and help them to identify innovative solutions to help and support people affected by dementia.

The Health and Social Care Partnerships Officer will work closely with our operational service delivery colleagues as well as external commissioners, providers and service users to co-produce and design quality services that meet the needs of people affected by dementia in their local area.

This is an exciting opportunity to help influence decision making locally and make a difference to the people we support.

This is a homebased role. However, the ability and willingness to travel independently on behalf of the Society, including occasional overnight stays as required.

About you

  • Be part of a highly motivated and supportive team, sharing responsibility and tasks within this area of work
  • Be able to create, build and enhance relationships with key stakeholders
  • Be creative and flexible in your ideas to identify and design business solutions and services to support people affected by dementia.
  • Highly organised and can manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excel in relationship management with proven experience in stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to collaboratively, develop strong relationships and influence to ensure effective fit for purpose solutions.
