Duties

Assess and evaluate student performance through various methods, providing constructive feedback to support their growth. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic performance and behavioral issues. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.

Experience

A degree in Education or a related field is required; university experience is highly desirable. Previous teaching experience in a classroom setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students of varying backgrounds. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of education.
