Duties

Provide personalised health coaching sessions, focusing on behaviour change, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications Develop customised wellness plans tailored to individual needs and goals Educate clients on topics such as nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and overall wellness Monitor client progress and adjust programmes accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes Facilitate group workshops and seminars on health-related topics, utilising public speaking skills Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions, progress notes, and programme outcomes Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client support Stay informed of the latest developments in medical terminology, nutrition, and public health practices

Skills

Personalised Care Institute (PCI) Accreditation Background in Nursing or Public Health with relevant experience preferred Proven ability to teach complex concepts in an understandable manner Excellent public speaking and communication skills Strong knowledge of medical terminology and nutritional science Empathetic listener with the ability to motivate and inspire behavioural change Organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and programmes effectively Passionate about promoting health and wellness within diverse populations
