13.85 per hour

Full Time - 35 hours per week, including alternate weekends

We're looking for a dedicated

Health and Wellbeing Specialist

to join our team at

Belvedere House

, our nursing home set in the peaceful village of Woodmansterne, just outside Banstead. In this rewarding role, you'll support the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of our residents--making a real difference every day.

What you'll do:

Provide tailored health and wellbeing support to residents Work closely with the nursing and care teams to implement person-centred care plans Encourage and deliver activities that promote wellbeing and independence Support residents with personal care, ensuring dignity and respect at all times Be part of a collaborative team, working alternate weekends

What we're looking for:

NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care is desirable--but full training is available for the right candidate Experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential A caring, patient, and reliable approach with a genuine passion for helping others Willingness to support with personal care as needed
