About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Support patients with daily living activities in a safe, therapeutic environment
Assist nursing and clinical staff with care plans and treatment delivery
Observe, record, and report any changes in patients' physical or mental health
Build positive, trusting relationships with service users
Uphold confidentiality, respect, and professional standards at all times
Requirements
Previous hospital or similar healthcare experience essential
Experience within mental health or addiction services desirable
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
Compassionate, patient, and committed to person-centred care
Flexible and reliable with good communication skills
